Hand and Foot Massage with Epionce

Did you know that one of the nicest ways to make someone feel special is to offer a hand or foot massage?  You don’t have to be a massage therapist or learn any fancy moves, sometimes just slow, firm, deliberate strokes are enough (not too light so you don’t tickle) to help someone de-stress and relax after a long day.

Follow these steps to give a hand or foot massage with Epionce:

  1. Make sure that the hands/feet are clean before you begin.
  2. Spray a few pumps of Rebalancing Clarifier/Balancing Toner on the area.
  3. Follow with a generous application of Extreme Barrier Cream (Renewal Body Lotion works well also).
  4. Keep your strokes firm (not feathery), and include forearms/shins and calves as well.  Use your knuckles on the sensitive areas instead of your thumbs.  Give each finger or toe individual attention.

The anti-microbial action of the Extreme Barrier Cream ingredients also helps to kill some surface bacteria; however, it’s not recommended to massage visibly infected skin.

Massaging the hands and feet will also provide some benefit to those who suffer with circulation issues to these areas of the body.
